Mortgage Appraisal for International Financial Institutions

International banks must have honest, documented, accurate and reliable valuation reports for assets pledged as collateral to secure loans. IRE and Thomas and Simonova are the only Ukrainian appraisers who hold American Senior Certification in Appraisal and that meet these important integrity criteria in the valuation industry in Ukraine. We do not take kick-backs from potential borrowers and never inflate the valuation of pledged assets at the request of the borrower. We have international references other Ukrainian appraisers do not have.

Why Do We Need Mortgage Valuation in Ukraine?

The appraisal industry in Ukraine is plagued by corruption, especially in work done for the banking sector.  For this reason, we do not do appraisals for Ukrainian banks. Furthermore, the business environment in Ukraine is erratic. Determining current and future value of pledged assets is difficult. We understand the technical requirements of international banks in valuation. Our appraisal reports are written in direct Native English. Our knowledge of forecasting trends in the Ukrainian economy requires expertise in valuation of global markets and many economic sectors.

We have the expertise to accurately and honestly perform valuation of all forms of assets and to prepare appraisal reports to support debt financing by international financial institutions. Our appraisal reports clearly document and honestly demonstrate the real value of all assets used for mortgage decisions.
